瓦斯發電機組大修標準
此標準適用于我單位電牽引雙滾筒采煤機大修后的電動機,電控裝置及電氣調速裝置的要求。電氣部分的范圍滾筒采煤機大修的電氣部分包括:電動機,電控裝置,行走驅動裝置中的電器調速裝置,機內電纜等。
This standard applies to the requirements for the electric motor, electrical control device, and electrical speed control device of our unit's electric traction double drum coal mining machine after major repairs. The electrical part of the overhaul of the drum coal mining machine includes: electric motor, electric control device, electrical speed control device in the walking drive device, and internal cables.
一.部件的拆卸,清潔和檢測2.1部件的拆卸必須按規定的拆卸工藝,采用轉用拆卸工具進行。
1、 Disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of components 2.1 Disassembly of components must be carried out according to the prescribed disassembly process, using specialized disassembly tools.
2.2拆下的電氣零件按規定清潔干燥后做好標記妥善存放。
2.2 The removed electrical components should be cleaned and dried according to regulations, marked and stored properly.
2.3檢測工作應由專業檢測人員使用符合要求的檢測儀器,設備和精度符合要求的專用檢測工具進行。
2.3 The testing work should be carried out by professional testing personnel using testing instruments, equipment, and specialized testing tools that meet the requirements for accuracy.
二.防爆結構和性能
2、 Explosion proof structure and performance
3.1隔爆接合面符合GB3836.2——2000的要求,隔爆外殼無損傷;并按照GB3836.2——2000的規定經行磷化處理或防銹蝕處理;
3.1 The explosion-proof joint surface meets the requirements of GB3836.2-2000, and the explosion-proof shell is undamaged; And undergo phosphating treatment or rust prevention treatment in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.2-2000;
3.2接線端子符合GB3836.2——2000的相關要求;3.3電纜引入裝置符合GB3836.2——2000中第十六章及GB3836.2——2000中第十二章的要求;
3.2 The wiring terminals shall comply with the relevant requirements of GB3836.2-2000; 3.3 The cable entry device shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 16 of GB3836.2-2000 and Chapter 12 of GB3836.2-2000;
3.4損壞的隔爆零件和電纜引入裝置和觀視窗的密封件應更換,

三.電氣間隙和爬電距離電氣部件主腔內不同電位間的電氣間隙和爬電距離,此方法是指檢修電氣設備時的選擇,考慮安全程度,實際操作中要遠大于此值。
3、 The electrical clearance and creepage distance refer to the electrical clearance and creepage distance between different potentials inside the main cavity of electrical components. This method is used for the selection of electrical equipment during maintenance, considering the level of safety. In actual operation, it should be much greater than this value.
四.冷卻
4、 Cooling
5.1冷卻水道應進行疏通和清洗,并進行壓力和流量試驗,保證冷卻水道的耐鹽和冷卻水的流量符合產品設計要求;
5.1 The cooling water channel should be dredged and cleaned, and pressure and flow tests should be conducted to ensure that the salt resistance of the cooling water channel and the flow rate of the cooling water meet the product design requirements;
5.2變頻器重新固定要清除原有的導熱硅脂,重新涂脂;

5.3冷卻風扇應檢修,必要時予以更換。五.連接導線電氣部件連接導線應逐一檢查,根據損壞情況進行更換,并重新接線,保證編號正確,清晰,連接正確,緊固,接觸良好。六.電氣元器件6.1變壓器:對繞組緊固件和連接導線加以緊固,進行干燥,并對三相繞組進行檢測。
5.3 The cooling fan should be inspected and replaced if necessary. 5、 The connecting wires of electrical components should be inspected one by one, replaced according to the damage situation, and rewired to ensure correct numbering, clarity, correct connection, tightness, and good contact. 6、 Electrical components 6.1 Transformer: Tighten the winding fasteners and connecting wires, dry them, and test the three-phase winding.
6.2變頻器和可編程控制器可通過試驗檢查其運行是否正常,如發現異常或故障,查找相關線路和功能模塊進行維修和更換;
6.2 The frequency converter and programmable controller can be checked for normal operation through testing. If any abnormalities or faults are found, relevant circuits and functional modules can be searched for maintenance and replacement;
6.3隔離開關,真空接觸器及中間繼電器應進行清潔,并進行觸頭磨損程度,真空開關管真空度,三相觸頭閉合同步性檢查。
6.3 Isolation switches, vacuum contactors, and intermediate relays should be cleaned and checked for contact wear, vacuum degree of vacuum switch tubes, and synchronization of three-phase contact closure.
七.電動機7.1電動機的拆卸按照一的規定進行,防爆結構按照二的要求進行;
7、 The disassembly of electric motor 7.1 shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 1, and the explosion-proof structure shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 2;
7.2電動機的軸承,傳動軸,密封圈,緊固件按照MT/T1003.2——2006的規定;
7.2 The bearings, transmission shafts, sealing rings, and fasteners of the electric motor shall comply with the provisions of MT/T1003.2-2006;
7.3電動機的繞組無損壞且絕緣電阻符合要求,檢測電動機各保護,監測控制元件是否良好,清潔干燥后繼續使用。
7.3 The winding of the motor is undamaged and the insulation resistance meets the requirements. Check all protections of the motor, monitor whether the control components are in good condition, clean and dry before continuing to use.
八.各類標志防爆標志,MA標志,接線腔和主腔內接線標志,各類聯鎖標志,警示標志以及銘牌應俱全,并加以清潔,否則更換補齊。
8、 All kinds of explosion-proof signs, MA signs, wiring signs in the wiring chamber and main chamber, various interlocking signs, warning signs, and nameplates should be complete and cleaned, otherwise they should be replaced and supplemented.
九.試驗操作,控制,保護以及顯示功能試驗。中間控制箱面板,遙控的啟動,停止,急停,閉鎖,油缸伸縮,搖臂升降,瓦斯斷電功能,熱保護模擬試驗,同時觀察顯示是否正常。
9、 Experimental operation, control, protection, and display function tests. Central control box panel, remote start, stop, emergency stop, locking, oil cylinder extension and retraction, rocker arm lifting, gas power-off function, thermal protection simulation test, while observing whether the display is normal.
